Why not enter a team for the Cornish Dragon Boat Challenge 2010?

It is a great day out and not only is it great fun but it is also one of the best team building events available. All you need is a team of at least 14 plus a drummer. No previous rowing or boating experience is required although a sense of rhythm might be useful for the drummer!!

It costs £300 to enter a team (£20/head based on a team of 15) – for this your team will be able to take part in races throughout the day with the fastest teams taking part in the Grand Final at the end of each day.

Your team will be given training and a safety briefing before they go afloat for the first time and all competitors will be required to wear buoyancy aids which are provided. Each team will be allocated a professional helm to steer the boat and look after your team while they are afloat and hopefully encourage them to get the best time of the day.

Once you have registered your team and paid a £100 minimum deposit, we will send you a competitor’s pack, which contains all that you will need to make this a very special event. All we then ask is that you organise your team and try and get your team and supporters to raise as much money as possible for the RNLI using the sponsorship forms supplied which will help us to save lives around our Cornish coastline.
