Our expertise covers onshore and marine renewable energy, environmental planning and management, development of brownfield land, geology, mining engineering and mineral processing, all of which are close to the heart of Cornish life.

Kemp Chartered Land and Engineering Surveyors have assembled from their ranks a glittering array of local overweight and unfit surveyors and engineers. The team is hopeful of reaching the finish without the need for a beer or fag break! Kemp provide land, measured building and utility surveys, as well as deformation monitoring and site setting out throughout the south west. Projects have included Tremough Campus, A30 Goss Moor By Pass and Newquay Airport.

The team demonstrates the global education that students at Camborne Science and Community College enjoy. The team comprises students and teachers from one of Japan's top science schools and students, parents and teachers from Camborne. What this team lack in terms of brute strength they make up in their sense of real inter nation collaboration.

The gylly beach crew returns this year determined to take the infamous title. Preparation for this years race has included runs up and down the gylly beach café veranda, lifting hundreds of boxes of coffee and bench pressing barrels of beer. This years crew will be taking no prisoners this year. The only memory other teams will have of us is the back of our oars!

The Chainlocker Dragons A Team is a mix of staff and locals that are slightly fitter and better trained than the B Team. Regular training sessions have been going on throughout the winter at the Bar!

The Chainlocker Dragons B Team plan to show the A Team how it should be done. Their training regime will start on the day itself!
